Hey, I'm Nate Agmata.
I am a husband, father, and certified health & fitness coach.
With over 12 years of experience, I’ve competed and won in multiple Men’s Physique bodybuilding shows and have a huge passion for helping others improve their health and fitness lifestyles.

The reason I started this whole thing was due to feeling very insecure growing up.
I was in what you would call the “skinny fat” stage.
The two worst things you can put together physically…. Skinny & Fat!
Skinny to the point where your arms look like sticks… And fat to the point where no one would know except you that everytime you sat down you could just feel the rolls on your belly laying on top of each other…
That was me...
The desire to change was heavy because I was just sick and tired of how I looked in the mirror.
Yes, I wanted to change for better health reasons as well but, in all honesty, I just wanted to finally feel more confident and happy with myself.
So that’s when I decided that I was going to strive to unleash my physique's fullest potential.
During my journey...
I learned something new about myself.
I started to gain a love for the gym.
A love for fitness, discipline, and living a life filled with healthy habits…
Not only that, but I also started to look outward.
It not only became personal for me but over time, I started to see those out there who had also been struggling WITH THE SAME THINGS!
The start of something new...
What started out as an insecurity to wanting to feel better about myself, ended up becoming something so much bigger… bigger than me.
Not only did I want to achieve MY personal best, but I had now gained a fire in me to help others achieve their very best version of themselves as well!
And that’s when Peak Physiquez came to life.
Fast forward to now...
With Peak Physiquez being in business for over 3 years straight, I can now successfully say I’ve helped over 100 people transform their lives, bodies, and health!

WEEKLY CHECK INS / ACCOUNTABILITY
The key to consistency is ACCOUNTABILITY. Every week you’ll be asked to provide progress photos, weigh ins, and a brief summary of how your week went. I’ll review everything once I’ve received your info and tell you exactly what you need to do the following week so that you’re able to make consistent weekly progress.
